One registered copy of Waver may be used by a single person on one computer. For one person to use Waver on multiple computers at the same time, a person must buy additional licenses. One license means one person on one computer.
EVALUATION AND REGISTRATION
Waver is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30 days (actually until the same day next month). If you use this software after the evaluation period, a registration fee is required.
Unregistered use of Waver after the evaluation period is in violation of international copyright laws. You WILL be able to use Waver even after the evaluation period but with significant loss of functionality. Produced files will have deliberately added noise. Conscious user will either register or remove the expired software.
Reinstalling Waver will not help extending the evaluation period. The moment you install Waver the clock starts ticking.

This software makes use of the free Blade MP3 encoder. It is distributed along with this application. The author states that the use of his BladeEnc.DLL may infringe copyright held by Fraunhofer Institute in some countries. By installing this software your computer will receive a copy of BladeEnc.DLL and you will solely be responsible if the installation of this DLL violates anybody's copyright. LAME MP3 ENCODER DISCLAIMER
This software makes use of LAME MP3 encoder distributed under the terms of LGPL. The current version number can be seen by choosing About option in the help menu. A copy of the LGPL is required by the author of LAME. It can be found in the Waver install directory. The file is called "lame_copying". Usage of LAME encoder may infringe copyright in some countries. Author of Waver will not be held responsible in the event that this happens. You must check whether LAME encoder is permitted in your country and stop using it appropriately.
